As all our cakes are unique, we quote on an individual basis. the price we quote takes into consideration the design of the cake, the number of portions required, and the cake flavour. contact us to get a quote here.

to secure the booking of your cake we require a 25% deposit. This deposit is non refundable and non transferable. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the agreed upon collection or delivery date. All payments are non refundable. 

collection is available from our kitchen in Bunbury by prior arrangement. some of our larger cakes can be very heavy and you may require more than one person to carefully get it to and from your car. cakes in transit must be kept as flat as possible and out of direct heat and sunlight. 

we may be able to deliver your cake so please ask about this when you place your order. Delivery is an additional cost and is charged based on travelling distance. The cost of delivery will be included in your quote if requested. 

cakes should be kept in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. cakes should not be refrigerated as this can cause damage to the icing and decorations.

All cakes will be fresh on the date of your event and should be consumed within 3 days of the agreed upon delivery or collection date.

because of the structural nature of our cakes they often contain internal food safe plastic supports. These items - as well as inedible items such as ribbons, flowers etc - must be removed before serving. 

it is the responsibility of the individual collecting or receiving delivery of the cake to make us aware of any concerns. A photograph of the cake will be taken upon collection or delivery as a record of its condition.

Any concerns about the quality or appearance of the cake must be made in writing via email and the uneaten cake returned to us within 2 days if a refund is to be requested.
